How do we hire?

Recruitment Phase: We post job vacancies on a range of platforms and rotate these from time to time. We will consider all applicants that we receive. An initial audit will result in a number of applicants being exited from the application process. We will communicate with you so you can move on if this is you. For those applications we would like to progress this will involve a further assessment of your application.

Due Diligence Phase: This phase involves a lot of checking your background, checking with referees you have supplied and ensuring you are in good standing with any regulatory body you are registered under such as AHPRA. Further to this we may ask you a number of questions if you are a provider around outstanding complaints or are there any conditions on your indemnity insurance policies.

Assessment Phase: This is when we would get you in for a site visit, interview or a teams call depending on your location. For some roles we may meet you for a coffee first to make sure we align around values and vision. We like to asses people on three key areas across all roles, Competency, Character and Communication.

Onboarding Phase: The successful applicant will go through an onboarding and induction process. Depending on the role and their experience this can be up to 3 weeks. For some FRACGPs or other providers who are under an IMC agreement this simply may be for a morning session to settle in.
