Pay: We pay on average above industry awards and standards across all roles and engagements.

Tailored GP ENGAGEMENT MODEL

 

Practice GPs/Providers

Practice GPs are under the direction of the practice’s clinical leadership. They have autonomy over clinical decisions but need to work within rostering arrangements and report to the clinical lead of the practice.

Employed

Paid Hourly Rate, Access to Leave Entitlements, Superannuation. Better suited to individuals looking for consistent income.

Contracted

Receiving your income in gross works well for individuals working across sites or with different roles.

Independent Medical Consultants

IMCs are GPs that are practicing privately and independently and using the premises of the practice to facilitate their independent practice. IMCs have full autonomy in decision-making and how they work. The practice can provide a variety of services in negotiation with each provider based on their own needs.

Service Facility Agreement

Pay us a percentage of your billings based on the facility services we provide that you want to use. This allows for maximizing your retained billings. This can cover room usage, equipment use, reception, nursing and administration services. You can hire your own staff and determine your own hours.

License to Occupy

Similar to an SFA, however allowing for a greater level of independence. Pay a monthly License fee that is a fix amount. This fee can decrease depending on the level of support you require from the facility.
